US Non-Wovens Corp. leased 20,240 square feet of industrial space at 39 Drexel Drive in Bay Shore. Phil Shwom of Schacker Realty and Edward Pidgeon of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services represented the tenant, while landlord Ross Realty was represented in-house by Carl Ross in the lease negotiations.
