Topgreat Inc., an e-commerce fulfillment company, leased a 20,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.1 acres at 305 Suburban Ave. in Deer Park. The building was formerly occupied by All Color Printers, which is relocating to 42,000 square feet on Marcus Boulevard in Deer Park. Topgreat is relocating from West Babylon. Luca Perinuzzi and Ralph Perna of Schacker Realty represented the tenant, as well as the landlord, RGB Suburban Avenue Realty LLC, in the lease transaction.
