Hydro Master Supply, a supplier of pipes, fittings and valves used in the plumbing industry, is expanding with its purchase of a Freeport industrial property.

K&D Long Island Realty LLC, an affiliate of Hydro Master Supply, purchased the 31,000-square-foot building on 1.1 acres at 215 Buffalo Ave. in Freeport for $6.4 million. The company will be relocating from Oceanside and more than doubling its space.

Hydro Master’s real estate affiliate just sold its 12,281-square-foot industrial building on .57 acres at 3381 Lawson Blvd. in Oceanside for $3.2 million.
Matthew Balzano of Schacker Realty and Dave Rotter of Rotter Realty Corp. represented the buyer, while Gary Chimeri and Michael Berndt of Paramount Properties Group represented the seller, 215 Buffalo Ave. LLC, an affiliate of Mir Solutions Group, an e-commerce logistics company, in the Freeport sales transaction.

“The seller no longer needed this property because it has another location in Brooklyn,” Chimeri told LIBN. “Many businesses that specialize in e-commerce logistics seem to be reducing their footprints.”
