West Babylon industrial property fetches $2.1M

An industrial property in West Babylon has traded for $2.1 million. 

Air Comfort Service Corp., a company that specializes in HVAC, refrigeration and cooking equipment, purchased the 9,880-square-foot industrial building at 399 Farmingdale Road. The building is on 1.75 acres, however, much of the property is state-designated wetlands, according to a broker on the deal.

The building features 4,860 square feet of office space and an 18-foot-clear ceiling in the warehouse portion, which also has a large drive-in door.  

Air Comfort Service will be relocating from Massapequa.  

Jeffrey Horn and Joseph Nesto of Schacker Realty represented the buyer, while Horn represented the seller, Giant Tree Holdings LLC, in the sales transaction.
