James Parnes and Michael Parnes of Schacker Realty represented the tenant, while Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services represented the landlord, NYH Acorn LLC, in the lease transaction.

Metro Commodities, a re-packer and distributor of dry edible beans and grains, leased 56,972 square feet of industrial space at 1 Arnold Drive in Huntington.  The company has been operating out of another location on South Broadway in Hicksville but will be relocating to the larger Huntington space later this year. James Parnes of Schacker Realty represented the tenant, while Kyle Burkhardt, Joshua Cohen and Patrick Ciancimino of Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Criterion Group LLC in the lease transaction.
