LEASE OF THE YEAR

Sister beauty brands Absolute New York and Nicka K New York signed what’s billed as the largest lease in 2023 of any of the many new speculative distribution centers recently completed or under construction on Long Island.

Their lease, spanning 158,115 square feet, filled the largest section of the 600,000-square-foot Long Island E-Commerce Center at 235 Pinelawn Road in Melville, about 40 miles outside of New York City. Click here to read full article…
