In April, the Long Island Business News will be presenting the 2015 Real Estate and Development Awards, recognizing Phil Shwom as one of Long Island’s top professionals in the commercial and residential business community. Phil will be receiving the 2015 “Top Industrial Lease” award for representing Sheravalen Enterprises in their lease of a new 198,500 square foot headquarters located in Edgewood.
