49 Sealey Ave, Hempstead

An autobody shop in Hempstead is expanding with the purchase of an adjacent industrial property. 

Wreck Realty LLC, an affiliate of Wreck & Mend Autobody, purchased a 6,212-square-foot industrial building on .23 acres at 49 Sealey Ave. in Hempstead for $1.2 million. The company already occupies the property next door at 55 Sealey Ave. 

The property at 49 Sealey Ave. was formerly occupied by a carpet warehouse outlet. 

The buyer was self-represented, while Gary Friedman of Schacker Realty represented the seller, Gary Telfeyan Trust, in the sales transaction.
