An industrial property in Brentwood has sold for $3.885 million. 

Corner Electronics, a distributor of electronics and small appliances, purchased the 38,000-square-foot industrial building on 1.36 acres at 100 Emjay Blvd.  

Established in 1985, Corner Electronics services various channels of distribution including brick-and-mortar retailers, chain stores, direct-to-customer mail order companies, military and government sales and fulfillment for e-commerce clients. 

Jeffrey Horn of Schacker Realty represented the buyer, while Marko Glavadanovic and Reid Berch of Avison Young and Brendan Kelly and Todd Heine of Colliers International represented the seller, U.S. Nonwovens Corp., in the sales transaction.
