Schacker Realty is proud to announce that James Parnes was recently honored with the prestigious Rising Star Award by the Commercial-Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS) at their 2021 annual awards dinner. 

Since joining Schacker Realty in 2015, Parnes has completed over 70 transactions totaling over 450,000 sq. ft., representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.  In the past two years alone, Parnes completed more than 35 transactions, despite the challenging environment caused by the pandemic. A recent highlight is his sale of a 53,500 sq. ft. industrial building at 215 Candlewood Rd in Bay Shore.
