35 Engineers Road, Hauppauge

35 Eng Road LLC, a Suffolk County-based real estate investor, purchased a 59,000-square-foot industrial building on 3.18 acres at 35 Engineers Road in Hauppauge for $6.25 million. Phil Shwom of Schacker Realty represented the buyer and the seller, 35 ER Realty, in the sales transaction.

Bactolac Pharmaceutical renewed its lease for 29,000 square feet at the same address. Doug Donatelli of Metro Realty Services represented the tenant, while Shwom represented the landlord in the lease renewal.
