Food Authority, a provider of produce and grocery items based in Oceanside, bought a 48,000-square-foot industrial building on about 5 acres at 430 Wireless Blvd. in Hauppauge for $6.5 million. Phil Shwom of Schacker Realty represented the buyer, while Scott Berfas, Chuck Tabone and Brian Lee of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller Festo Corporation in the sales transaction.
