The Law Office of Eric Horn leased 1,580 square feet of office space at 55 2nd Ave. in Brentwood. Jeff Horn of Schacker Realty represented the tenant and Neil Crawford of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services represented landlord Second Avenue Brentwood Realty in the lease negotiations.
